Greetings! My name is Lisa Hampl-Hughes, proprietor of The Rusty Nail, est. 2015. I live in Southeastern Minnesota and am fortunate to have enjoyed the ever changing seasons of Minnesota in the Brainerd Lakes Area for over 40 years with my family. Inspired by the rustic charm of small town living and lake life, my love of design and mixing the old with the new, I found a way to bring the rustic charm back home. The Rusty Nail features unique customized pieces created from reclaimed wood, such as weathered dock boards, local barn wood and vintage hardware to create a warm, original piece of art for your home or home away from home. One of a kind pieces made from reclaimed materials include custom family or lake signs, maps, shelves, dog beds, bottle openers and more! Each piece is made from scratch, by hand, so no two pieces are alike! Reasonably priced designs are perfect for wedding gifts and housewarming gifts.
